Delivery Timings

 

Orders received will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that orders placed after Fridays will be dispatched only on the following Mondays.

We prioritize every order & work to arrange the delivery within a turnaround time.

However, we may not cover delivery delays due to

  • Customer unavailability
  • Given address is not valid/wrong/incomplete
  • Delay in delivery due to weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • For Remote / ODA ( Out of Delivery Area ) locations, where carrier service is limited, It may take longer than normal delivery timings and We do not guarantee delivery timings in any way. 

Please Note: 

 While we cannot provide a guarantee for specific delivery timings, we are committed to ensuring that orders are dispatched promptly. To facilitate efficient delivery, we have partnered with reputable third-party logistic services. These collaborations enable us to optimize the delivery process and strive for the fastest possible shipping times.

If our shipping partners don't have service at your location, We may have to cancel the order.

Please note:

Our Shipping partners may not deliver The Bubbles Bath Co. orders on Saturdays / Sundays.

Our Shipping Partners:  Ekart, Delhivery, Kerry Indev, and others ( Surface & Air).

Note: 

Whichever shipping partner will have service at the delivery location, Our system will ship through that carrier. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges depend on the Shipping Weight* of the Product and Delivery Location. However, For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we have a standard delivery charge of INR 49. However, for Online payments, we provide Free delivery services. This allows our customers to enjoy the convenience of online transactions while also benefiting from the cost-saving advantage of not incurring any additional shipping fees

 

 

Order Delivery Time

  • For Metro Cities 3 to 5 days*
  • For Non-Metro Cities 4 to 7 days*
  • For Remote locations, It may take up to 10-12 days*

* Under ideal circumstances, timings may vary.

Shipping Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD and you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

In the presence of a courier person – if you notice that:

1. The outer packaging is damaged/Tampered - point it out to the courier person and inform them that you want to check the content of the shipment. Sign for receiving your shipment and carry out shipment content evaluation right in the presence of the courier person.

2. If you found the content of the shipment is damaged, do not miss to mention the damage remarks while signing the POD and if possible get the contact number of the delivery person. Click the images of the damaged parcel at the time of accepting the parcel and contact our customer support within 24 hours and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy(if possible).

3. The outer packaging is not damaged, but if you suspect damage inside the contents of the shipment: point it out to the courier and inform them that you want to check the content of the shipment. Sign for receiving your shipment and carry out shipment content evaluation right in the presence of the courier person. And if you found the content of shipment is damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD and we suggest you contact our customer support within 24 hours and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy(if possible).

4. After the courier has left – if you notice that the parcel's outer packaging is damaged and the content of the shipment is damaged, contact our customer support within 24 hours and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos
